Born to Move

I wrote the title for the post without really knowing what is was about. Now, as I think about it, the thought I’d like to put out there is that we are made to constantly change - to move from one state of being with it’s current set of attitudes and preconceptions into another, hopefully more evolved version of ourselves. If we don’t embrace this movement, we become stagnant and angry old curmudgeons (not wacky, you see).
So I ask myself - what new movement might I add to my life-dance repertoire? After much reflection, the movement of choice is movement! I will exercise regularly - get my blood pumping and take my health to the next level.

Please understand, this is no small undertaking - I am loath to get moving in general. If you were to list the percentages of where I spend most of my time, it would either be in my studio working on something or in the kitchen either baking or cooking. A very small percentage would feature me getting my blood pumping.

THIS HAS GOT TO CHANGE!

I am at a nexus, a point of reckoning where I will choose to die slowly through atrophy or I choose to recapture as much of my health and well-being as I can.

STAY TUNED!
